About Kind Fashion
Hi and welcome to Kind Fashion, a blog dedicated to making the fashion industry a kinder place! I'm Bri, and I created Kind Fashion in January of 2020 for two main reasons. First, I wanted to provide fashion and travel inspiration through blog posts and downloadable magazines. Second and more importantly, I wanted to promote size inclusivity and body positivity. I furthered my mission by offering a line of t-shirts that ran from a size XS to 5X with the words “KIND FASHION” embroidered across the chest. I launched my first collection of basics by February of 2020 and within the first year, collaborated with three amazing fashion professionals. I have since slowed down the embroidery business to focus on my full-time job as the sales lead for a textile print studio.

Collaborations
I have collaborated with three talented fashion professionals. My first collaboration was with Philly designer Malo (@malo97). We created a line of streetwear that played off our contrasting styles, strung together by our Philly pride. Elise Mears (@elisemearss) modeled this line (left).
My second collaboration was with Grace Marlow (@gracemarlow5), a jewelry designer based in North Carolina. We created a holiday capsule that we hoped would bring joy to our consumers during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Each garment was machine embroidered with uplifting words and paired with an accompanying earring designed and produced by Grace.
My final collaboration was with Madeleine Butcher (@high.low.fashion), an Instagram influencer and full-time college student. We machine embroidered a line of t-shirts and thrifted garments with a minimalistic motif of a women's figure. With this collaboration, we aimed to promote body positivity and sustainable fashion.
The 'Zine
I launched a 'zine (mini magazine) to share all my blog posts in a creative and alternative format. My latest 'zine was in collaboration with digital creator, Maurice King (@mauriceking_)

The Blog & 'Gram
I love writing, so it makes sense that KIND FASHION started as a blog. The blog coupled with my Instagram gives me a platform to share fashion trends and travel stories as well as discuss size inclusivity, body positivity, & overall kindness.
