Getting Rosy

I always saw these beautiful floral headband pieces on Instagram and Pinterest and decided to try it myself. Here is the process I did to create it.

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

All you need are a dozen roses (stems snipped off), any other desired flowers like these baby breaths, wire, scissors, plyers, ribbon, and an old headband.

Step 2: Get your Headband Ready

Tie your ribbon on both sides of the headband. Leave enough length so you can tie the ribbon in a bow. The ribbon also helps the heavy headband stay in place.

Step 3: Arrange Flowers

Using your creative eye, start with one side of the headband, and arrange a rose in a desired position. Cut a small piece of wire and wrap it around the rose stem a few times. Then, wrap the wire around the headband to affix the rose. Repeat until all the flowers are arranged. Then add smaller flowers like the baby breaths.

Step 4: Show it off!

Time to take a photoshoot. Throw on some lipstick and a flowy dress and bam! Time for photos!

Hope you get around to making your own flower head wreath. It was super fun, relaxing, and a great way to feed your creative nature.

Xo,

Bri
